Shipping policy

All orders are processed upon receipt. We try our best to get orders out immediately but please allow 3-5 business days for processing. Processing and shipping time estimates do not account for holidays or non-business days. Packages will be shipped in the order they are received. Remote areas may require additional time for delivery. All orders received after 12PM PST will begin processing the next business day.

We have the following shipping options available in the U.S.

We offer free shipping to all orders over $75 in the US.

Ground - Delivery in 4 to 6 Business Days* via USPS
Priority - Delivery in 2 Business Days* via USPS
Next Day - Delivery in 1 Business Days* via USPS

If shipping to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO address, you must select Ground.

*Please note transit times will vary depending on the carrier.

If your tracking shows that your package has not been delivered and there seems to be an unexplained delay in the delivery of your package, please feel free to contact us and we would be happy to help you.

We have partnered with Route to offer package protection for your parcel. We highly suggest opting-in to protect your package as we are not responsible for lost, mis-delivered, or stolen packages, or packages that were sent to the address that was entered in at checkout that the customer failed to correct. Route offers quick and easy claims for lost or damaged parcels and claims should be made directly to their team.

International shipping times and costs are calculated at checkout.
