Not entirely satisfied with your purchase?
We stand by our product, and we want you to as well. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please start a return here for online purchases only.
In-store purchases are final sale.
Please note that in order for returns to be accepted, all jewelry must be unworn and returned in the condition they were sent in.

USA - To make a return, please enter your order number and zip code in our return portal. You will be provided with a return label to send your items back. Returns are subject to an $8 fee which will be deducted from your refund total. Items sent back to us without first using our returns portal will not be accepted. Returns must be sent 14 days after your order was delivered. If return is not sent within this window, the return request will be canceled.
International - Please contact us to initiate a return.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please note, any damaged item outside of a 14 day return window cannot be returned or refunded.
Exchanges
At this time we only accommodate exchanges for size changes only and at no cost to you. For other reasons, we recommend to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Once your return is received at our warehouse and processed, you will receive a refund back to your original payment method.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
